At LumiTop, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly. Please read the policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.


Easy Returns – When Are You Eligible?

We accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing issue

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Share clear photos or a short video of the issue so we can assist faster

What’s Not Eligible for Return

To keep things fair for everyone, returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color or brightness differences due to screen or lighting settings
  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or incorrect handling
  • Normal wear and tear after use

Refunds – Simple & Transparent

Once your return request is approved:

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, based on your preference and product availability
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Amounts are credited to your original payment method

Replacements – Fast & Free

If your lamp arrives damaged or defective:

  • We’ll ship a free replacement at no extra cost
  • No hidden charges, no complicated steps

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries.

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping
  • Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but we’ll still help if there’s an issue after delivery

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

To help us resolve it quickly:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share unboxing photos or a video
  3. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved

This helps us process your request faster and avoid delays.


Return Shipping

In rare cases where return shipping applies, we’ll clearly communicate it in advance

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping
