Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped.

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, you'll receive a full refund.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after approval.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • Your order is lost in transit.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • Your product arrives damaged.

  • Your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the courier.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 1–4 business days.

Return & Replacement Policy

If there's an issue with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

Eligible Returns & Replacements

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.

  • The product is defective.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • You receive the wrong size due to our error.

Please submit your request within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review it quickly.

Size Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size, we also offer a one-time size exchange (subject to stock availability). The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the mistake was ours.

Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We'll begin processing your replacement within 2–3 business days.

  • Replacement orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
